3rd Place Wayne Rogers is 1 Point ahead of 4th Place Eddie Dunn - Neither can win Track Championship, but 3th Place is wide open. Each can take 3rd place by finishing One (1) Position ahead of the other. Since there is only 3 Bonus Points available in this race the Bonus Points cannot change the outcome between 3rd and 4th place.
