The 2014 QSAC rulebook is available on the QSAC site, check it out there are quite a few changes.
There is also a new RF tire that has been approved for competition, it is the dual band RF tire.
Along with that is a new qualifying format that will be used at the NCS races to seed the heats. We used it at the BHASC for the Prelude race.
