Proposed 2014 Race Schedule

CCRC/LPR 2014 Race Schedule 

The 2014 Race Season will be a little different than last year.  We will still have points and non-points races but the season will be divided in half, thus crowning two champions, a Summer Champion and a Fall Champion. 

The points will be calculated in the same manner as last year, except this year there will be no re-sort so all bonus points will be added at each race.  For each of the Championships, they consist of 5 races each and each racer will be allowed 1 drop in each series.

The other big change will be the BHASC Race. As I am sure you are all aware this year 2013, is the final year for the BHASC, but the CCRC will continue in the tradition of hosting a charity event.  Starting this year we will be running the CCRC/LPR Charity 500 October 24^th &25^th. With the start of a New Race, it is only fitting for a new date and a new style of race as well.  The weather is a bit better in October and as always the proceeds will go to charity.
